Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Community Care Kedai @ Yio Chu Kang system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Community Care Kedai program is available to:

• Beneficiaries: Residents of Yio Chu Kang who meet the eligibility criteria as determined by the RAS Workgroup
• Volunteers: Individuals who have been approved and registered by the program administrators
• Donors: Individuals or organizations who wish to contribute to the program

3. Beneficiary Guidelines

As a beneficiary, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Use your allocated monthly credits (12 credits) responsibly
• Collect orders only at scheduled Kedai Days with valid QR code
• Not transfer or share your account credentials with others
• Notify administrators of any changes to your contact information
• Treat volunteers and staff with respect

4. Volunteer Guidelines

As a volunteer, you agree to:

• Follow the designated checkout processes (Kedai Buddy / Checkout Counter)
• Handle beneficiary data with confidentiality
• Report any issues or discrepancies to administrators promptly
• Maintain professional conduct during Kedai Days

5. Credit System

Each registered beneficiary receives 12 credits per month. Credits reset at the beginning of each month. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other beneficiaries.

6. Membership Renewal

Beneficiary memberships are valid for 3-month cycles. Memberships must be renewed by administrators before expiry to maintain access to the Service. Expired memberships will be automatically locked until renewal.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the credit system
• Reselling or distributing items received from the program
• Providing false information to gain additional benefits
• Interfering with the operation of the Service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms of Use or engage in activities that harm the program or other users. Such decisions are made at the discretion of the RAS Workgroup administrators.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
